Step into the ‘New Me’ — the version of you that honors both action and rest, effort and ease, clarity and softness.

In this energizing and nourishing morning Kundalini Yoga workshop, we’ll explore how to create harmony between the outer world of responsibility and the inner world of presence. It’s about balancing the masculine (Shiva) — focus, direction, discipline — with the feminine (Shakti) — intuition, flow, and rest.

🌿 What to Expect & What you need for 30 min zoom class:

  • Dynamic physical kriyas to cleanse the liver and stimulate the lymphatic system

  • Breathwork to energize and center

  • A deep heart-opening meditation with mantra, guiding you into stillness and inner alignment

  • A space to retrain your body and mind:

    • How to be active and focused when it’s time to do

    • And how to truly relax when it’s time to be

  • you do not need previous experience w yoga

  • join as you are each morning

  • prepare yoga matt size space for yourself to practice

  • have cup of warm herbal tee or fresh water close to

  • after practice you will receive recording incase you could not join to live zoom class

  • You will receive Zoom link via email after you have registered.

  • Join to built your balance within!
