Morning Kundalini Yoga Meditation Workshop
7 day morning fall meditation

Start your day in clarity and connection. Over three mornings, we will use Kundalini yoga, breathwork, and meditation to open the heart and cultivate a steady inner radiance — like a pearl slowly forming, layer by layer. Each session builds gently on the last, creating a rhythm of calm, vitality, and self-love.
What to expect:
Each day we will have different:
Short warm-up (spinal flex, seated twists)
Gentle stretches to release upper back and chest
Breath of Fire to awaken energy
l breath-centered warm-up
Heart-opening kriya (3–4 movements)
We will have beautiful heart, lung and body opening breathwotk practices:
Heart-opening kriya (3–4 movements)
Long deep breathing in heart-focus posture
Kriya for radiance and projection from the heart
Full breath-centered warm-up
Each day one practice to deepen to its effects:
Mantra meditation
Closing with gratitude and mantra: Sat Nam
Practical Notes
