Morning Kundalini Yoga Meditation Workshop

4.-10.9..2025 - 6.00-6.40 AM CET & 7.00-7.40 AM Finnish time

Start your day in clarity and connection. Over three mornings, we will use Kundalini yoga, breathwork, and meditation to open the heart and cultivate a steady inner radiance — like a pearl slowly forming, layer by layer. Each session builds gently on the last, creating a rhythm of calm, vitality, and self-love.

What to expect:

Each day we will have different:

  • Short warm-up (spinal flex, seated twists)

  • Gentle stretches to release upper back and chest

  • Breath of Fire to awaken energy

  • l breath-centered warm-up

  • Heart-opening kriya (3–4 movements)

We will have beautiful heart, lung and body opening breathwotk practices:

  • Heart-opening kriya (3–4 movements)

  • Long deep breathing in heart-focus posture

  • Kriya for radiance and projection from the heart

  • Full breath-centered warm-up

Each day one practice to deepen to its effects:

  • Mantra meditation

  • Closing with gratitude and mantra: Sat Nam

Practical Notes

  • online zoom - once you sign up you will receive the link

  • after practice you will receive recording

  • Bring a yoga mat or cushion, wear comfortable clothes, glass of water

  • No prior experience needed, come as you are.
